Users’ data will not be disseminated, but may be disclosed to companies contractually linked to the business, in compliance with and within the limits of the GDPR. Personal data is stored on servers located within the European Union; it remains understood in any case that the controller shall, where necessary, be entitled to move the servers outside the EU. In that case, the controller undertakes from now on that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in compliance with the applicable legal provisions, after entering into the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission, and that the user will be informed. The data may be disclosed to third parties belonging to the following categories: parties to whom the management of the customer or prospective customer has been delegated in order to ensure a better commercial service; parties that provide services for the management of the information system used by the company and of the telecommunications networks (including e-mail); firms or companies engaged in assistance and consulting relationships; competent authorities, for the fulfilment of obligations under laws and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request; companies that provide marketing platform management services; companies that provide maintenance services for websites and information systems. The parties belonging to the above categories act as Data Processors, or operate in complete autonomy as separate Data Controllers.
